ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

1.2. BUYER
The name, surname, address, phone, and e-mail information provided electronically by the Buyer during the order process shall form the basis of this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement concerns the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via glamlifestore.com and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
Details regarding the products subject to the agreement—specifically:
- Product name
- Quantity
- Unit price
- Sales price (including taxes)
- Shipping cost
Total order amount
—are displayed on the order summary screen presented to the Buyer prior to the completion of the order.
This information constitutes an integral part of the relevant order.
ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT
The Buyer pays the order amount using one of the payment methods offered on glamlifestore.com at the time of the order.
Payment transactions may be processed within the scope of the payment infrastructure used and the security procedures of the relevant financial institutions.
ARTICLE 5 — DELIVERY
The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
The Buyer may be notified in the event of a delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
ARTICLE 6 — OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller accepts and undertakes:
To deliver the product subject to the order in accordance with the specifications stated in the contract,
- To ensure the delivery of the product to the consumer
- To protect the consumer's statutory rights
- To act in compliance with applicable legislation during the order and payment processes
ARTICLE 7 — OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The Buyer acknowledges that:
- The information provided during the order process is accurate
- They will pay the order amount in accordance with the payment method
- The delivery address is correct and up-to-date
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of the delivery of the goods to themselves or to a third party designated by them.
The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal prior to the delivery of the goods.
The notice of withdrawal may be made via a clear statement sent to info@glamlifestore.com.
ARTICLE 9 — EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal as stipulated in applicable legislation are reserved.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or wrapping have been opened and where return is unsuitable for reasons of health and hygiene.
This provision does not negate the consumer's rights regarding defective goods or other mandatory statutory rights.
ARTICLE 10 — REFUND
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedure, the Seller shall refund the amounts paid by the consumer within the timeframe prescribed by legislation.
The refund shall be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE 11 — DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event that the product is defective, the Buyer’s optional rights arising from the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and relevant legislation are reserved. ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer's personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data for the purposes of creating the order, delivering the product, carrying out payment and invoicing procedures, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.

ARTICLE 12 — PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer’s personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data for the purposes of creating the order, delivering the product, carrying out payment and invoicing procedures, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.

ARTICLE 13 — DISPUTES
The Consumer’s rights to apply for remedies and file lawsuits arising from the law are reserved.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts may have jurisdiction and authority regarding consumer disputes, within the framework of applicable monetary limits and rules of jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 14 — EFFECTIVENESS
The Buyer declares that they have read and been informed about this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form electronically, and that they accept the terms of the Agreement by confirming the order.
This Agreement enters into force upon the completion of the order electronically.
