2. Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, you may submit your order cancellation request via info@glamlifestore.com or through customer service.
Cancellation requests made after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier are evaluated within the scope of the withdrawal/return procedure, depending on the status of the product.
If cancellation is possible, the collected amount is refunded via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the goods subject to the distance sales contract are delivered to them or to a third party designated by them, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty.
The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal prior to the delivery of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement of withdrawal to info@glamlifestore.com or to use the return/withdrawal channels provided on the website.
4. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is recommended to provide the following information:

- Consumer's full name
- The product for which withdrawal is requested
- A clear statement of the withdrawal request
- Contact information

The product must be sent to the Seller within the period prescribed by applicable legislation following the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5. Returns of Cosmetic and Hygiene Products
The nature of the product is taken into consideration for cosmetic, personal care, and hygiene products.
Exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal may apply to products where protective elements—such as packaging, tape, or seals—have been opened, rendering them unsuitable for resale due to health and hygiene reasons.

6. Defective / Incorrect / Missing Products

Following the necessary review, the consumer's optional rights under the Law on the Protection of Consumers (Law No. 6502) remain reserved.
7. Return Shipping Fee
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the procedure regarding the return shipping fee is determined in accordance with applicable legislation.
The consumer's statutory rights remain reserved in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or missing.
8. Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the legislation, the Seller shall refund the amounts paid by the consumer within the timeframe stipulated by law.
The refund is processed, to the extent possible, using the same payment method employed by the consumer at the time of purchase.
For credit/debit card transactions, the processing and posting times of the respective banks may also be a factor.
9. Promotional Products
For promotional products, the right of withdrawal and return is subject to the terms of the promotion, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
